How to Export a Flowchart to PDF or DOCX

Turn a generated flowchart into a shareable document in the format your audience needs.

  1. 1

    Generate the documentation

Enter your Make.com API key and scenario ID in Xray Flow to produce the interactive flowchart and as-built document.

  2. 2

    Choose your export format

Select Markdown for wikis and version control, DOCX for editable Word documents, or PDF for fixed, client-ready deliverables.

  3. 3

    Apply your branding (Pro)

On Pro, enable white-labeling so exported PDFs and DOCX files carry your own footer and branding instead of Xray Flow's.

  4. 4

    Download and share

Download the file and share it with your team, client, or compliance reviewer.
