Designated Agent

Filing a DMCA Notice

If you believe that material available through XrayFlow infringes your copyright, please send a written notification to our Designated Agent containing the following information:

1. Signature — A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or person authorized to act on their behalf.
2. Identification — Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed. If multiple works, a representative list.
3. Infringing Material — Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, including specific location details (URL) so we can locate it.
4. Contact Information — Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
5. Good Faith Statement — A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
6. Accuracy Statement — A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notification is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

Counter-Notice

If you believe that material you posted was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice. The counter-notice must include:

• Your physical or electronic signature.
• Identification of the material that was removed and its location before removal.
• A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.
• Your name, address, telephone number, and email address, and a statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the Federal Court in Western Australia.

Repeat Infringer Policy

In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable laws, we maintain a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who are repeat infringers of copyright.
