1. Parties & Scope
These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a binding legal agreement between You ("User," "Client") and PirateApeStudios (ABN 47 340 546 246), the owner and operator of the application known as XrayFlow ("Service," "Product").
These Terms govern your access to and use of XrayFlow, including any associated documentation, APIs, and support services.
2. Description of Service
XrayFlow is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) tool designed to visualize, document, and analyze automation workflows from third-party platforms (e.g., Make.com, n8n, Zapier).
No Affiliation
PirateApeStudios and XrayFlow are independent entities. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Celonis (Make), n8n, Zapier, or any other automation platform.
3. Account Terms
- Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service. By accepting these Terms, you represent that you have the legal capacity to do so.
- Registration: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.
- Security: You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and API keys. PirateApeStudios cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to comply with this security obligation.
- Account Suspension: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms or applicable law.
4. Payments, Refunds, and Billing
- Entity on Statement:All payments are processed by our third-party provider, Stripe. Your bank statement will display a charge from "PIRATEAPE" or "PIRATEAPE-XRAY".
- No Refunds: Given the digital nature of the Product (instant generation of documentation), we do not offer refunds once a service has been rendered, except where required by Australian Consumer Law.
- Price Changes:We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice. Continued use after the price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
- Taxes: You are responsible for all applicable taxes. Prices do not include GST, VAT, or similar taxes unless stated.
5. Intellectual Property
- Your Data: You retain full ownership of the automation logic, blueprints, and scenarios you process through XrayFlow. We claim no intellectual property rights over your business logic.
- License to Operate: By using the Service, you grant us a limited, revocable license to access and process your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service.
- Our Code:All visualization algorithms, source code, UI designs, and the "XrayFlow" brand are the exclusive property of PirateApeStudios. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, or distribute our software.
- Feedback: Any suggestions or feedback you provide may be used by us without obligation or compensation.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use XrayFlow to:
- Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the Service.
- Process automation blueprints that contain illegal content or malicious code.
- "Scrape" or aggressively query our API (rate limits apply).
- Use the Service in any way that violates applicable local, state, national, or international law.
- Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.
- Attempt to circumvent any security, rate-limiting, or access-control mechanism.
7. Copyright & DMCA Policy
We respect the intellectual property rights of others and expect our users to do the same. If you believe that material available through XrayFlow infringes your copyright, please notify our Designated DMCA Agent:

Your notice must include:
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized agent.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed.
- Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing.
- Your contact information (address, phone, email).
- A statement of good faith belief that the use is not authorized.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate.
We reserve the right to terminate accounts of repeat infringers.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
- The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied.
- PirateApeStudios shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or business goodwill, arising out of your use of XrayFlow.
- Specifically, we are not responsible for errors in your operational workflows resulting from reliance on our visualizations. You should always verify critical logic in your native automation platform.
- Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
XrayFlow is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the operation or availability of the Service, or the accuracy or completeness of reports generated. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless PirateApeStudios, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of:
- Your use of the Service in violation of these Terms.
- Your violation of any third-party right, including intellectual property or privacy rights.
- Any content you submit or process through the Service.
11. Dispute Resolution & Arbitration
Informal Resolution: Before filing any claim, you agree to attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting [email protected]. We will work in good faith to resolve the issue within 30 days.
Arbitration: If informal resolution fails, any dispute arising from these Terms shall be finally settled by arbitration in Perth, Western Australia, in accordance with the Rules of the Australian Centre for International Commercial Arbitration (ACICA). The arbitration shall be conducted by a single arbitrator appointed by ACICA. The language of the arbitration shall be English.
Class Action Waiver: You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action.
Exception: Either party may seek injunctive or equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia, Australia. Any disputes arising from these Terms that are not subject to arbitration shall be resolved in the courts of Perth, WA.
13. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including but not limited to intellectual property provisions, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.
14. General Provisions
- Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and PirateApeStudios regarding the Service.
- Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
- Waiver: Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
- Force Majeure: We shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform resulting from causes outside our reasonable control.
- Notices: Legal notices shall be sent to our registered address or by email to the address you provided during registration.
